Warranty Terms and Conditions for Classic Guitars and Amps

1. Warranty Coverage

Classic Guitars and Amps offers a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all guitars sold from by the store. This warranty encompasses the following components of the guitar. We encourage the use of common sense; if it seems reasonable that an issue should fall under warranty, it likely will:

- Electrical components

- Structural integrity

- Tuners

- Bridges

- Hardware

- Truss Rod

2. Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not covered by this warranty:

- Strings, as they are classified as consumable items.

- The finish of the guitar, particularly nitrocellulose finishes, which naturally undergo changes such as cracking and checking and are not covered by the manufacturer when new.

- The finish on hardware, which is also subject to wear and may diminish over time, especially gold finishes on instruments.

Common Sense Clause

For instance, if a battery-operated guitar runs out of battery, that is considered a consumable item and is not covered. Similarly, if you need to replace the strings after regular use at home, those are not covered under warranty. Damage resulting from dropping or mishandling the guitar is also excluded, as it falls under the common sense clause.

3. Warranty Claims

In the rare event that a defect occurs with your guitar within the warranty period, Classic Guitars and Amps will address the issue and restore the instrument to a condition equal to or better than its original state.

4. Warranty Voids

The warranty will be rendered void under the following conditions:

- If the guitar shows signs of tampering or has been mistreated.

- If any maintenance, modifications, or repairs are conducted outside of Classic Guitars and Amps without prior approval.

5. Inspection and Representation

All guitars undergo thorough inspection prior to sale. Classic Guitars and Amps does not sell instruments that fail to meet our quality standards. Any potential issues will be clearly communicated and documented on your invoice, with such guitars sold as " Junk " or "as is."

6. Refund Policy

Classic Guitars and Amps maintains a strict no-refund policy for purchases made due to a change of mind.

7. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is exclusive to Classic Guitars and Amps and does not extend to any third-party services or repairs unless explicitly arranged between the customer and the store.
