Shipping and refunds
Our shipping policy applies to international orders or those located in rural areas beyond major CBD zones in Australia. If you're situated outside a capital city, please reach out to us for a shipping estimate. For customers within major metropolitan areas, the standard shipping fee will generally apply. Please note that we do not ship guitars within Australia or internationally without insurance coverage.
For our international customers, shipping costs will be factored into your quote based on your specific region. To provide you with an accurate shipping estimate, we kindly ask for your complete address.
Classic Guitars, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind. To qualify for a refund, there must be a significant issue with the instrument.Our refund policy does not cover instances of buyer's remorse or any damage incurred by the customer.
