53 years old and still every bit a Les Paul Custom.

A fantastic 1973 Gibson Les Paul Custom that has undergone a high-level restoration and refinish, resulting in a guitar that presents beautifully while retaining the character of a genuine early-’70s Gibson.

The guitar is original apart from the refinish and tuners. The restoration work has been carried out to a very high standard, and most importantly, this is an exceptionally good playing Les Paul Custom.

At 53 years old, guitars like this have lived a life, and we much prefer being upfront about that rather than pretending otherwise. This one has been restored, refinished and looked after, and today it is a seriously impressive vintage Gibson that feels every bit as good as it should.

A great opportunity for someone looking for an early-’70s Les Paul Custom that can actually be played and enjoyed rather than simply admired from a distance.

Available now at Classic Guitars & Amps. You’re very welcome to come in, plug it in and spend some time with it.
