Here’s something you certainly don’t see every day.
This 1998/99 Guild Blues 90 is a seriously cool guitar with plenty of personality and a slightly different flavour from the usual suspects.
That’s a large part of what makes these guitars so appealing. Guild has never been afraid to do things its own way, and the Blues 90 is a great example—distinctive, interesting and a lot of fun to play.
This particular example is in great condition and plays beautifully. There’s plenty of character on tap and it’s an instrument that encourages you to keep playing once you’ve picked it up.
For someone wanting to step outside the usual Gibson and Fender territory, or for the Guild enthusiast looking for one of the less commonly encountered models, this is absolutely worth a closer look.
A great player, a very cool design and not a guitar we’re likely to have sitting alongside half a dozen others anytime soon.
