The Martin D12-1 is a 12-string acoustic guitar made in the USA by Martin. It features a solid spruce top and solid mahogany back, with laminated mahogany sides. The combination of these materials provides a powerful yet delicate body sound similar to higher-end models, offering a mellow tone typical of a dreadnought.
Despite being a 12-string guitar, the Martin D12-1 has a thin neck grip and low action settings, making it stress-free and easy to play. It produces a D-18 tone but with a lighter, thirstier, and more delicate sound.
The guitar is in good condition with the truss rod working properly and the neck in good shape.
In terms of appearance, there are some very very light play marks, The overall appearance is beautiful.
